God’s Abode—the only place of eternal happiness!

In today’s world we see so many instances wherein people are unhappy. They are worried, scared and unhappy for a variety of reasons. Be it career, work, personal life. They have some or the other reason to be unhappy.
We usually try to find some way out of our misery. We look for solutions and most of the times we fail. Our misery never ends. In every situation we only notice a problem. We become negative.
Now-a-days we see that people rarely happy. Why is it so? Why are people not realizing that there’s a way out of this misery?
The best solution is to become Krishna Conscious. That’s the only way by which we can restore our lost happiness. If one becomes Krishna Conscious everything will fall in place. He will automatically see the difference. He will become happy. He will see an opportunity in every situation. He will start realizing that this life is a beautiful gift given by God. He will become positive.
We all should make ourselves realize that we all have to go back to the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Krishna. We should channelize our efforts in achieving this objective. And it is the only way for us to become happy. I am saying this because God’s abode is the only place where we can find true happiness.
It is stated in the shastras that there’s a material world and a spiritual world. Material world is the one in which we live. It is full of misery and distress. And the spiritual world is the one where God resides. There’s no sorrow in the spiritual world. We were so stubborn that we compelled God to bring us to the material world. But now we should try to get back to Him.
The ways by which we can go back to Him are numerous. Reading books, chanting, having prasadam, bonding with devotees are some of them. In this way we always remember God and it is stated in the shastras that God urges His devotees to remember Him every time. God has said that if a person constantly worships and remembers Him, He will pull that person out of the misery and give him place in His abode. In short, the person will attain moksha (liberation), and soon he will attain love of God. That is, he will be out of this cycle of birth and death.
